For new users add the items you wish to purchase into the cart and checkout. You can either checkout as a guest or can “create an account” to avoid having to submit shipping and billing information every time you place an order. Finish the rest of the form, then choose and click “place order” to place the purchase.
The minimum order amount is $50 per order.
Everything purchased is final sale. Anything purchased will be unable to be returned or exchanged. Please refer to the Product Issues tab in the FAQ if your order is damaged or defective.

The fast, and secure way to send money.
Interac e-Transfer is a convenient way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution, and you can send money to anyone with an email address or mobile phone number and a bank account in Canada — without sharing any personal financial information.
Send your payment to [email protected] and follow the instructions presented right after you place an order. The instructions to make a payment will also be emailed to you.

We ship all parcels via Canada Post Xpresspost.
Shipping costs a flat rate of $18 Canada Wide, and orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
Unfortunately we do not ship anywhere outside of Canada.
Shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost usually takes 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days for remote locations.
Your packages will arrive in a vacuum sealed bag with discreet packaging. All bags will not be able to be seen outside of the shipping envelope.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, or an incorrect please send an email to [email protected], or create a support ticket.
To ensure your ticket is corrected as soon as possible please include the following details in your email or ticket:
1) Order number
2) Specific details on the issue
3) Picture or video of the damaged, defective or incorrect order.
If you do not receive your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, please contact [email protected]. From there, we can proceed into the next steps for your order. If the package is stuck in transit for over 30 days, it will be deemed lost.
There are 2 possible situations that happened:
- Your package was scanned as delivered but will actually be delivered the next business day. In this case, please await 2 business days before contacting [email protected] if you have still not received your order.
- The package has been delivered to the incorrect mailbox/address. In this case, please ask your neighbours if they have received your order by accident. If you are unable to retrieve your package, please contact [email protected].
There are many factors that are beyond our control that may delay your order such as weather conditions and more. In the case your order status has not been updated in a fair amount of time, please contact [email protected].
